Truflex (Standardausführung)
Truflex ist stark genug für (industrielle) Firmenkleidung, aber auch weich und flexibel für Kleidung wie Polos, T-Shirts, Pullover und sogar Babykleidung. Das Transfer garantiert gestochenscharfe Bilder und ist industriewaschbeständig. Truflex erfüllt die Öko-Tex-Zertifizierung der Klasse 1. Nach dem Patchen fühlt sich das Truflex-Transfer fast so an, als wäre es Teil des Textils. Ein sehr vielseitiges Transfer mit unendlichen Möglichkeiten. Industrielles Waschen bis zu 95 ℃ ist möglich.

Truflex FR (flammenhemmend)
Truflex FR ist mit einem speziellen Kleber ausgestattet und wird in einem besonderen Produktionsverfahren hergestellt. Diese von Thermopatch entwickelte flammhemmende (FR) Version wurde in unabhängigen Labors getestet. Im Abschnitt „Zertifikate“ auf dieser Seite finden Sie Testberichte mit mehr als zehn verschiedenen Textilarten. Zu den flammhemmenden Eigenschaften der FR-Version kommen die gleichen wie bei der Standardausführung hinzu. Die FR-Version von Truflex kann bis zu 60 ℃ gewaschen werden.

Auf Truflex-Transfers können sehr detaillierte Bilder dargestellt und in fast jeder PMS-Farbe gedruckt werden. Auch Farben mit hoher Sichtbarkeit (‚Neon-Farben‘) sind möglich, in Orange, Grün, Rot, Pink und Gelb. Die Transfers verfügen über eine Hot-Peel-Trägerfolie, die leicht und schnell entfernt werden kann.

Truflex und Truflex FR haben eine Mindestbestellmenge von 25 Stück in jeder gewünschten Größe.

Truflex transfers are compliant to Oekotex 100 Class 1, under certificate number 1110043 Centexbel.

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.

Properties
– Washable up to 95°C.
– Good chemical resistance.
– Good drying resistance.

Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures.

Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Physical properties
Various, depending on size.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.

Heat seal instructions
– Position the Truflex transfer with the glue side downwards, onto the garment.
– Close the heat seal press with the set temperature, time and pressure.
– Remove the carrier directly after the machine opens up.
– Heat seal machine settings : 160 °C – 15 seconds up to 185 °C – 12 seconds at 0.5 kg/cm2* pressure on a pneumatic heat seal machine or strong pressure on a manually operated heat seal machine.
– When using smaller underplatens, decrease pressure to avoid damage to the transfers.
– The transfer has hot peel properties which means that the applied transferfoil can be peeled off almost immediately after opening the press.

(*) For an optimal heat sealing result we advise to set the pressure on any large platen pneumatic heat seal press to 3-5 bar on the pressure regulator of the machine, when using the standard issued underplaten.

Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.

Truflex FR transfers have been found compliant to EN ISO 11611 and EN ISO 11612 on several FR workwear textiles as tested by Centexbel. (See: tab ‘Certificates’ on this page)

Application

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed. Please note: good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics with a dirt or water repellant coatings.

– Position the Truflex transfer with the glue side downwards, onto the garment.
– Close the heat seal press with the set temperature, time and pressure.
– Remove the carrier directly after the machine opens up.
– Truflex FR: 165° – 175 °C for 12 – 15 seconds at 0.5 kg/cm2* pressure on a pneumatic heat seal machine or strong pressure on a manually operated heat seal machine.
– The transfer has hot peel properties which means that the textile item and the applied transfer can be peeled almost immediately after opening the press.
– Leave the garment to cool down for a few seconds before taking it off the machine and peeling off the polyester carrier foil.
– Pre-sealing can amend problems with adhesion on certain repellant or flameretardant coated textiles.
