The European headquarters of Thermopatch where you will be working is located in Almere. In our division in Europe we are with just under 200 employees.

The function
Thermopatch is looking for a proactive and enterprising approach in our rather complex production environment with a variety of processes.

You will be directly supervising and facilitate the teamleaders involved with textile production, printing (screen- and digital printing), application and QC/EHS.

You will be reporting to Avery Dennison’s Ops&SC Mgr Aftermarket EU.

In order to achieve the organizational goals you can rely on the expertise and support of our present (interim-) productionmanager, the departmental heads and managers in Almere.
Linking up with Sales is of the utmost importance.

With a high degree of independence, you are involved in a varied range of tasks on a daily basis:

  • supervising operational planning and production planning by teamleaders
  • analysing and reporting of production results
  • ensuring overall EHS awareness
  • optimization of warehouse management/stock control
  • continuous quality improvement
  • optimization of production methods and processes
  • analysing equipment efficiency
  • enhancing (product- and quality-) knowledge of workforce (training, study)
  • enhance implementation 5S / Lean Sigma

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (or comparable)
  • 2 years of work experience in a similar position is preferred
  • fluent in Dutch and English (also in writing) is demanded
  • knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Hyperion or comparable ERP systems, such as SAP is a plus
  • excellent Excel or Google Sheet knowledge is a plus
  • analytical and numerical, able to simplify complex matters and convert them into improvement actions
  • you are a good planner and communicatively strong
  • a team player with leadership quality
