Highcrest offers precise detailing and is suitable for high resolution designs. It gives promotional textiles, sportswear and apparel, a rich and luxurious look. In addition to the stunning 3D appearance, a hatching effect can also be applied, giving the design an extra dynamic.

The Highcrest product can be considered as both an emblem and a transfer. This is because a design can include free-standing elements thanks to a carrier foil (cold-peel). Highcrest is 100% PVC free, whilst a blocker also provides protection against colour bleeding.

The application of the product is simple. The front of the Highcrest emblem is protected by the double textile layer of the garment during sealing. Using a heat seal press the process takes 20 seconds at 160 °C. Washing can be done up to 40 °C.

Choose from the extensive Pantone® PMS Formula Guide colour system to create the correct colour composition for your image or logo. Before production is started, a digital impression of each design will be presented for approval.
