Truflex & Truflex FR

A Truflex bármilyen színben és méretben elérhető, és egy forrón és ennek köszönhetően könnyen eltávolítható hordozófóliával rendelkezik.

Truflex (standard változat)
A Truflex elég erős az ipari ruházaton való alkalmazáshoz, de ugyanakkor puha és rugalmas is, hogy pólók, ingek, pulóverek, sőt még babruházatok jelölésére is alkalmazhassuk. A transzfer lehetővé teszi, hogy éles képeket jelenítsünk meg, miközben a legerősebb mosási programoknak is ellenáll. A Truflex Oeko-Tex 1. osztályú tanúsítvánnyal rendelkezik. Hőpréselés után a Truflex transzfer a ruha részének érződik. Számos lehetőséget és megoldást biztosító transzfer termék. Ipari mosással 95 °C-on is tisztítható.
Truflex FR (lángálló)
A Truflex FR egy különleges ragasztóval rendelkezik. Ezt a lángálló kivitelt a Thermopatch fejlesztette, úgy, hogy a terméket önmagában is tesztelte. Tekintse meg az oldalon található „Tanúsítványokat”, ahol több mint tíz különféle textilfajtával kapcsolatos tesztelési eredményeket talál. Az FR verzió a lángálló tulajdonságát leszámítva megegyezik a standard Truflex-el. A Truflex FR verziója 60 ℃ -ig mosható.
A Truflex transzferekkel nagyon részletes formák jeleníthetők meg szinte bármelyik PMS színben. Jól-láthatósági színek is megjeleníthetők, narancs, zöld, piros, rozsaszín, és sárga színben. A transzfereket egy forrón eltávolítható hordozófóliával szállítjuk, így a hőpréselés után könnyen eltávolítható.
A Truflex és Truflex FR minimális rendelési mennyisége 25 darab és bármilyen méretben elérhető.

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.
Properties
Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.

Properties
Developed for severe laundry processing of heavy workwear and white workwear textiles, which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.
