Truflex emblémák
Erős, sokoldalú és színtartó; ezek a Truflex fő értékesítési szempontjai. Ez a embléma három változatban kapható: erős és sokoldalú normál változatként, extra robusztusként és lángállóként. A Truflex bármilyen színben és méretben elkészíthető, és könnyen eltávolítható, melegen lehúzható hordozóval rendelkezik.
Truflex (normál változat)
A Truflex kellően erős (ipari) céges ruházathoz, de puha és rugalmas ruhákhoz is, például trikókhoz, pólókhoz, pulóverekhez és még babaruhákhoz is. A embléma éles képeket garantál, és ellenáll a legigényesebb mosási programoknak is. A Truflex kielégíti az Oeko-Tex 1. osztályú minősítés feltételeit. Felhelyezés után a Truflex embléma olyan érzést kelt, mintha a textil része lenne. Nagyon változatosan alkalmazható embléma végtelen lehetőségekkel. 95°C hőmérsékletű ipari mosása lehetséges.
Ipari Truflex
Ha az igénybevétel nehézzé válik, a Truflex megkönnyíti azt! Azokban a helyzetekben, ahol a legtöbbet követelik a textiltől és a emblémák, az ipari Truflex ideje jött el. Ez az embléma nem csak ellenáll a legintenzívebb ipari mosásnak, hanem megkapta az Oeko-Tex 100 szabvány II. termékosztály tanúsítványát is. A magas mosási hőmérséklet ellenére ez a embléma tiszta és színes marad.
Truflex FR (lángálló)
A Truflex FR eltérő ragasztóval és adaptált gyártási eljárással is kapható. Ezt a Thermopatch által kifejlesztett lángálló (FR) változatot függetlenül tesztelték. Lásd a „Tanúsítványok” című részt ezen az oldalon a több mint tíz különböző textíliával készült tesztjelentésért. Az FR változat lángálló tulajdonságain túlmenően más műszaki jellemzői azonosak a normál Truflex embléma. A Truflex FR változata 60 ℃-ig mosható.
A Truflex emblémák nagyon részletes képeket tartalmazhatnak, és szinte bármilyen PMS-színnel nyomtathatók. Láthatósági színek is lehetségesek, narancssárga, zöld, piros, rózsaszín és sárga színben. A emblémák magas hőmérsékleten lehúzható hordozóval rendelkeznek, így könnyedén eltávolíthatók.
A Truflex, Ipari Truflex és Truflex FR minimális rendelési mennyisége 25 darab tetszőleges méretben.

Application

Properties
Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Truflex Industrial

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.
Properties
Developed for severe laundry processing of heavy workwear and white workwear textiles, which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.
