Dieses Transfer ist in drei Versionen erhältlich: als starke und flexible Standardversion, als extra robuste und als schwer entflammbare Version. Truflex kann in jeder Farbe und Größe hergestellt werden und verfügt über einen Hot-Peel-Träger, der leicht entfernt werden kann.
Truflex (Standardversion)
Truflex ist stark genug für (industrielle) Firmenkleidung, aber auch weich und flexibel für Kleidung wie Polos, T-Shirts, Pullover und sogar Babykleidung. Die Übertragung garantiert scharfe Bilder und ist beständig gegenüber den anspruchsvollsten Waschprogrammen. Truflex erfüllt die Öko-Tex-Zertifizierung Klasse 1. Nach der Versiegelung fühlt sich das Truflex-Transfer fast so an, als wäre es ein Teil des Textils. Ein sehr vielseitiges Transfer mit endlosen Möglichkeiten. Industrielle Wäsche bei 95 °C ist möglich.
Truflex Industrial
Wenn es hart auf hart kommt, machen sich die Harten auf den Weg! Für Situationen, in denen höchste Anforderungen an Textilien und Transfer gestellt werden, ist Truflex Industrial der Inbegriff. Dieses Emblem hält nicht nur intensivsten Industriewäschen stand, sondern ist auch mit dem Öko-Tex Standard 100-Zertifikat der Produktklasse II ausgezeichnet. Trotz der hohen Waschtemperatur bleibt dieser Transfer klar und farbecht.
Truflex FR (flammhemmend)
Truflex FR ist auch mit einem anderen Kleber und angepasstem Produktionsverfahren erhältlich. Diese von Thermopatch entwickelte flammhemmende (FR) Version wurde unabhängig getestet. Im Abschnitt „Zertifikate“ auf dieser Seite finden Sie Testberichte mit mehr als zehn verschiedenen Textilarten. Zusätzlich zu den flammhemmenden Eigenschaften der FR-Version entsprechen andere Spezifikationen denen des Standard-Truflex-Transfers. Die FR-Version von Truflex kann bis zu 60 °C gewaschen werden.
Truflex-Transfers können sehr detaillierte Bilder enthalten und können in fast jeder PMS-Farbe gedruckt werden. Auch gut sichtbare Farben sind möglich, in Orange, Grün, Rot, Pink und Gelb. Die Transfers verfügen über einen Hot-Peel-Träger, der leicht entfernt werden kann.

Developed for severe laundry processing of heavy workwear and white workwear textiles, which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.
