Placez votre écusson ou votre transfert sur le tissu, vérifier le bon positionnement et fixer temporairement avec le ruban de fixation. Après la thermofixation, le ruban se retire facilement sans laisser de traces de colle.

Le ruban de fixation vous aide à améliorer votre productivité. Il est fourni en rouleau de 12 mm de large et 66 mètres de long.

Description

Fixier tape is an easy to remove and residue free single sided polyester tape with a silicone adhesive.

Application

Fixier tape is meant for position and fixate an emblem or a transfer on the intended position on the garment, before putting it under the heat seal machine. The tape can be removed before, or after the heat seal cycle without leaving residue.

Before sealing

Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
Remark: Good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics with a dirt or water repellant coating.

Heat seal instructions

Follow the instructions provided by the product you need to apply with a heat seal machine.

Handling and storage

Important: when stored in the original packaging at 18⁰C – 21⁰C and at 40% – 50% relative humidity the product has a shelf life of 12 months. Prior to use carefully check that the contact surfaces are totally dry and clean from oil, grease and dust. These data may vary without any notice. The updated specifications can be forwarded at any time. Since many different factors may influence the product’s performance, we recommend testing the product for any application previous to starting production.
