Yıkama Etiketleri

Thermopatch’in yıkama etiketleri şu çeşitlerde mevcuttur:

Yıkama etiketi 1 – Naylon tafta
İki yüzüne baskı yapılabilen güçlü ve esnek bir yıkama etiketi. Thermopatch’in modern HiQ-MACH4.3 yazıcısı kullanılarak, yıkama talimatları ve diğer bilgiler kolayca ve her şeyden önce etiket üzerine keskin bir şekilde 300 dpi olarak basılır.

Yıkama etiketi 3 – Endüstriyel tip
Bu daha ağır bakım etiketi türü özellikle iş kıyafetleri ve endüstriyel yıkamanın gerekli olduğu diğer tekstil ürünleri için uygundur. Tulum, perde ve hatta at battaniyelerini düşünün! Bu tür yıkama etiketi kuru temizlemeciler için de bir çözüm sunar. Yıkama etiketi tip 3, sık yıkamadan sonra yüksek kaliteli baskısını korur. Thermopatch HiQ yazıcı ile G7 mürekkep şeridi birlikte kullanılarak bir tarafa tip 3 bakım etiketi basılabilir.

Yıkama etiketleri beyaz renkte 30, 40 ve 50 milimetre genişliğinde 100 metrelik bir rulo halinde (50 mm’lik bir göbek ile) mevcuttur. Hacme bağlı olarak ve talep üzerine diğer genişlikler ve/veya renkler de mümkündür.

CL-03: extra durable polyester cotton with a thermal transfer printable topcoat from polyurethane, non-fray, tear resistant

Application

Sewable labels, safety belt labels, identification labels with barcodes.
Print with suitable inks to obtain an acceptable washability.

Additional FR properties for CL-01 FR: Flame retardant, cf US standard FMVSS 302 and Japanese standard JISD 1201. Aviation authority CAA no. 8 issue 2.

Limitations of use

None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

For CL-03 an additional thermal transfer printable layer of white polyurethane is added onto the polyester cotton textile.

Storage and shelf life

The shelf life of this product is advised to be best before 12 months in original packing, in optimal storage.
Store at 18 – 23 °C, 50-55% RH, avoid UV exposure, store away from direct sunlight.
