Truflex Transfer
Güçlü, çok yönlü ve solmaz özellikleri Truflex'in ana satış noktalarıdır. Bu transferin üç versiyonu mevcuttur: güçlü ve esnek standart versiyon, ekstra sağlam (Industrial) ve alev geciktirici versiyon. Truflex her renk ve boyutta üretilebilir ve kolayca çıkarılabilen sıcak kabuk taşıyıcısı vardır.
Truflex (standart versiyon)
Truflex (endüstriyel) kurumsal giysiler için yeterince güçlüdür, ancak aynı zamanda polo, tişört, kazak ve hatta bebek giysileri gibi giysiler için yumuşak ve esnektir. Transfer etiketi, keskin görüntüleri garanti eder ve en zorlu yıkama programlarına karşı dayanıklıdır. Truflex, Oeko-Tex sınıf-1 sertifikasını sağlar. Yapıştırmadan sonra Truflex transfer etiketi neredeyse tekstil ürününün bir parçasıymış gibi hissedilir. Sonsuz olasılıklara sahip çok yönlü bir transfer. 95 ℃’de endüstriyel yıkama mümkündür.
Truflex Industrial
Işler zorlaştığında, zor olan da gider! Hem tekstilden hem de transferden en üst düzeyde talep edilen durumlar için Truflex Endüstriyel mükemmel bir çözümdür. Bu amblem, en yoğun endüstriyel yıkamalara dayanıklı olmasının yanı sıra, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 ürün sınıfı II sertifikasını da almıştır. Yüksek yıkama sıcaklığına rağmen bu transfer net ve renkli kalır.
Truflex FR (alev geciktirici)
Truflex FR, farklı bir yapıştırıcı ve uyarlanmış üretim süreci ile de mevcuttur. Thermopatch tarafından geliştirilen bu alev geciktirici (FR) versiyon bağımsız olarak test edilmiştir. Ondan fazla farklı tekstil türünü içeren test raporları için bu sayfadaki “Sertifikalar” bölümüne bakın. FR versiyonunun alev geciktirici özelliklerine ek olarak, diğer özellikler standart Truflex transfer etiketi ile aynıdır. Truflex’in FR versiyonu 60 ℃’ye kadar yıkanabilir.
Truflex transferler çok detaylı görüntüler içerebilir ve neredeyse tüm PMS renklerinde basılabilir. Ayrıca, turuncu, yeşil, kırmızı, pembe ve sarı renklerde reflektörlü renkler de mümkündür. Transfer etiketlerinin, kolayca çıkarılabilen bir sıcak kabuk taşıyıcısı vardır.
Truflex, Truflex Industrial ve Truflex FR, istenilen herhangi bir boyutta minimum 25 adet sipariş miktarı vardır.

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.
Properties
Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.
Properties
Developed for severe laundry processing of heavy workwear and white workwear textiles, which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.

Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
