Fiberolls & Flag-O-Matic tags

For delicate textile items that cannot be marked directly with a Thermoseal tape, the following products can be used:

Fiberolls
Fiberolls are made of dry cleaning and wet wash resistant paper. They are available in standard widths 1/2, 1 Inch x 45 yards in colours and 100mm wide x 50 meters in white with optional colour side striping

The 100 mm wide Fiberolls are used for thermal transfer printing in combination with a HiQ-EOS2 with cutter (in 300 dpi). This system prints buttonhole tags on demand and on the spot. So, no more pre-printed forms are needed.
Fiberolls 100mm x 50 meters are available in white only and for colour coding we offer white material with colour printed side striping.

The ½ and 1 inch wide Fiberolls are used with a Tag-O-Matic machine or for handwritten comments with a marker.

Flag-O-Matic tags
Precut Flag-O-Matic tags are made out of Fiberoll material, to flag an item that needs special attention during processing. They can also be used in combination with a Thermoseal marking machine like the Y-151 or Y-600, to mark delicate fabrics.

Flag-O-Matic tags are available in the same colours as Fiberolls and are boxed with 1.700 tags per colour.
