Dramatically enhance label technology with Plytex. A simple but effective product suitable for both healthcare and laundry.
In just four steps, text is printed on to the self-adhesive Plytex labels or perforated tape using either our Make Your Mark software, or the more advanced BarTender, and a dot-matrix printer such as our LQ-690. Plytex labels not only save time but also reduce the possibility of mistakes.
Developed and patented by Thermopatch, the self-adhesive layer of the label offers additional capabilities. A Plytex label can be placed for sealing without risk of shifting or curling. This has great advantages when applying a label to, for example, a collar or chest pocket. Also, RFID transponders can easily be positioned thanks to Plytex before they are sealed.
Plytex label technology also adds value when it comes to client service quality. The labels can be pre-printed at our own printing office where a plain label is changed into a quality-identity product. We work with special silk screen dyes that are fully resistant to industrial cleaning and mangling. The repositioning of labels can be done as often as necessary until the best result is achieved.
