Bastan cuatro sencillos pasos para imprimir texto en las etiquetas autoadhesivas Plytex. Diseñadas para utilizar junto con el software Make Your Mark o BarTender y la impresora matricial LQ-690. Plytex ahorra tiempo y reduce la posibilidad de errores.
Estas etiquetas han sido desarrolladas y patentadas por Thermopatch; su capa autoadhesiva ofrece ventajas adicionales. Las etiqueta Plytex pueden posicionarse sin riesgo de que se muevan o ricen. Esto hace de Plytex una etiqueta de muy fácil uso en caso de aplicarla, por ejemplo, a un cuello o bolsillo del pecho. Con Plytex resulta muy sencillo colocar chips RFID antes de la termofijación.
La tecnología de etiquetas Plytex aporta valor añadido en cuanto a calidad de servicio al cliente. Las etiquetas pueden preimprimirse en nuestros talleres de impresión, transformando una simple etiqueta en un destacado producto de identidad corporativa. Plytex labels are compliant to Oekotex product class II, under certificate number 1012046 Centexbel.
Plytex® are polyester-cotton textile labels with transparent or white pigmented heat sealable adhesive and a pressure sensitive adhesive coating. Suited for printing barcodes (Q601) and property marking printing the material with an impact printer (dot matrix) like an Epson LQ-690. The labels are on a silicon coated backing fanfolded backing paper with pin feed.

Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
Remark: Good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics applied with a dirt – or water repellent coating.
Ensure that the textile is thick enough to be able to absorb the pressure sensitive adhesive before
marking
204 °C at 14 seconds at 4 – 5 bar pressure on a pneumatic heat seal machine or firm – strong pressure on a manually operated machine. Make sure that the sealing plate of the machine is clean and undamaged.
Keep the Plytex® labels in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. The shelf life of this product is advised to be best before 24 months in optimal storage.
No specific safety measures are required when working with this product.
