HiQ-tape/Hytex
HiQ胶带是由Thermopatch公司开发的一种强性、附着力强的热敏胶带。多年来，它一直是工业洗涤的全球标准。
HiQ纸带是专门为Thermopatch系列HiQ热敏转印标签打印机而设计。有多种规格和尺寸可选择，即可作为连续标签带，也可作为模切卷筒标签。HiQ系列产品主要用于定制品牌工作服。
可根据要求在HiQ产品上预印标识或边线。这可被广泛运用，例如为工作服胸前口袋制作姓名牌。
有多种类型的HiQ纸带可用：
HiQ
HiQ纸带柔韧耐用，并且可以预印任意颜色组合的标识、边线或文字纸带可采用各种宽度和尺寸进行预先剪裁与Thermopatch的HiQ色带一并提供，保证最佳打印质量。
HiQ纸带适用于大多数纺织品的高压灭菌处理。带有驱避涂层的织品和HiQ标签一并使用时，需对织品进行服饰高压灭菌过程测试，以确定标签在此类织物上的适用性。

Hytex
Thermopatch还提供畅销HiQ纸带的另一版本：Hytex。Hytex标签实际上是背面带有自粘层的HiQ纸带通过在密封过程中将标签固定在位，自粘层使得标签的放置更容易。Hytex也能够耐受高强度洗涤过程。
HiQ FR
HiQ FR是要求具有阻燃特性的工作服饰的理想选择。这一版本不但与HiQ纸带具有相同特性，也满足EN ISO 15025和15797标准的严格要求HiQ FR即可作为连续标签带，也可作为模切卷筒标签。
TZ-FR 标签
Thermopatch的TZ-FR标签是首款或UL（美国保险商试验所）认证的可直接在您自己的工厂打印的阻燃热敏标签作为唯一符合四项（1971、1975、1977和1951）NFPA标准的可打印热敏标签，TZ-FR能提供无与伦比的安全性和柔韧性。这些非粘性标签设计用于缝制在服装或织物上，可单独打印或批量打印。可根据需求订制每款标签，从条形码和序列号到各种设计布局。TZ-FR标签可使用红色或黑色热敏油墨清晰打印，为您提供所需的持久耐用且符合规范的身份标识。
HiQ-Clean
本系列纸带有特殊的热塑性胶层，使其能够粘附在‘超细聚酯纤维’织物以及类似的合成织物上。包括清洁室或微电子、医药及核能行业的特种工作服。
必须对与HiQ-clean标签一并使用的带有驱避涂层的织物进行检验，以确认该标签在此类织物上的适用性。HiQ-clean标签不耐高压灭菌处理。
HiQ-Clean拥有连续标签带和模切标签带两种版本，尺寸和HiQ系列的其他产品相同
所有HiQ介质均通过了Oeko-Tex 100标准认证。然而，该产品不可熨烫。如果您需要耐工业熨烫的标签，Combitex是最佳选择。

Inks
A black ink ribbon is supplied as standard in a boxed set.
Ink is also available in red, green, and blue.
Physical properties
Wash resistant up to 95 °C industrial laundry washing.
High heat-sealing temperatures.
Suitable for all textile which allows the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which is resistant to the advised heat seal application temperatures.

Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials.
Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life: estimated more than 2 years under mentioned conditions.
Precautions
No specific safety measures are required when working with this product. We advise always to ventilate well at heat-sealing activities, since vapours may occur from any material such as textiles being processed.

All HiQ media is supplied as a boxed set containing the following: 2 x 50 meter long rolls of label tape, 1 x 104 meter long ink ribbon, and a cleaning pad for cleaning the printhead when replacing the ink ribbon.
