Textra Transfers
Textra full-color transfers are produced using advanced digital printing techniques and deliver fine details and rich colors. Thanks to a smart production process and high-quality inks, Textra not only offers a powerful appearance but also ensures short delivery times and competitive pricing.
Textra is suitable for a wide range of applications and can be applied to various types of textiles. The transfer is available in any desired shape and color combination and is supplied as standard in full-color. For added protection, Textra is optionally available with a sublimation blocker.
Textra (standard version)
The standard version of Textra is designed for general applications where appearance, color vibrancy, and reliability are key. This variant is suitable for a wide variety of garments and offers long-lasting quality, even under intensive use.
Textra Sport
Textra Sport is a specially developed heat-seal transfer that perfectly meets the demands of sportswear and other stretch materials. Thanks to its excellent elasticity, this full-color transfer remains flexible and well-adhered, even during intense activity and movement. Textra Sport combines high print quality with long-lasting durability, making it ideal for active use. In addition, Textra Sport is available in any size and shape, offering maximum design freedom and a professional look on any garment. Textra Sport is optionally available with a sublimation blocker.
Textra FR (flame retardant)
Textra FR is the trusted choice for organizations looking to apply a flame-retardant, high-quality, and visually strong print to workwear. This specially developed transfer meets the strict requirements for safety clothing without compromising on appearance or detail. With Textra FR, you are assured of a durable transfer solution that can withstand tough working conditions and adheres perfectly to technical textiles. The full-color print delivers deep colors and sharp lines, ensuring safety and professionalism go hand in hand.
Certification and colors
Textra and Textra Sport transfers are Oeko-Tex certified. All color variants of this transfer can be matched to PMS colors.

Description
Textra, Textra Sport and Textra FR are heat seal transfers with a broad range of applications. The transfer consists of a carrier foil onto which an image which has been printed with an additional glue layer for the adhesion to textile. Textra and Textra Sport type transfers are compliant to Oekotex100, class I, under certificate number 1110043 Centexbel.
Application
- Textra is suited for mild industrial washing processes, for colored workwear
- Textra Sport transfers are ideal for sportswear and promotional articles such as polo-, sweat– and T-shirts, with enhanced stretching properties. Blocking agents can be added for improved resistance to dye migration from sublimated and dispersed dyed polyester textiles
- Textra FR is suitable for workwear that requires a flame-retardant, high-quality print. This type of transfer is washable up to 60 °C.

None, when care label instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Before heat sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt. No seams, zippers, buttons etc. should be near the location where the heat sealing will be performed.
Remark: Good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics with a dirt or water repellent coating such as fluorocarbon finishes or flame retardant finishes.
Heat seal instructions
Make sure that the sealing plate of the machine is clean and undamaged.

Textra transfers are quick peel; remove the garment from the press before removing the transfer foil to allow the adhesive to set for a moment. Remove the foil when the transfer is still warm to the touch.
* For an optimal heat sealing result we advise to set the pressure on any large platen pneumatic heat seal press to 3-5 bar on the pressure regulator of the machine, when using the standard issued under platen. When using smaller underplates, decrease pressure to avoid damage to the transfers.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidising agents, from strongly alkaline and strongly acidic materials.
Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Shelflife: 1 year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Precautions
No specific safety measures are required when working with this product. We advise to ventilate well at heat sealing activities, since vapours may occur from any textiles being processed.
Exposure controls / personal protection
Ensure a sufficient amount of fresh air when there is a risk of release of fumes, for instance when heating the product.
