Strong, versatile and colourfast; these are the main selling points of Truflex. This transfer is available in three versions: as a strong and flexible standard version, an extra robust and a flame-retardant one. Truflex can be made in any colour or size, and features a hot peel carrier that can be easily removed.
Truflex (standard version)
Truflex is strong enough for (industrial) corporate clothing, but also soft and flexible for clothing such as polos, T-shirts, sweaters, and even baby clothing. The transfer guarantees sharp images and is resistant to the most demanding wash programs. Truflex meets the Oeko-Tex class-1 certification. After sealing, the Truflex transfer feels almost as if it were part of the textile. A very versatile transfer with endless possibilities. Industrial washing at 95 ℃ is possible.
Truflex Industrial
When the going gets tough, the tough get going! For those situations where the utmost is demanded from both textile and transfer, Truflex Industrial is the epitome. This emblem not only withstands the most intensive industrial washings but has also received the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 product class II certificate. Despite the high washing temperature, this transfer remains clear and colorful.
Truflex FR (flame retardant)
Truflex FR is also available with a different adhesive and adapted production process. This flame retardant (FR) version, developed by Thermopatch, has been independently tested. See the ‘Certificates’ section on this page for testing reports with more than ten different types of textile. In addition to the flame retardant qualities of the FR version, other specifications are the same as the standard Truflex transfer. The FR version of Truflex can be washed up to 60 ℃.
Truflex transfers can contain very detailed images and can be printed in almost any PMS colour. Also, high visibility colours are possible, in orange, green, red, pink and yellow. The transfers feature a hot peel carrier, which can be easily removed.
Truflex, Truflex Industrial and Truflex FR have a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces in any desired size.
