Transferts Textra
Les transferts Textra quadri sont réalisés à l’aide de techniques d’impression numérique avancées, présentent des détails précis et des couleurs lumineuses. Par un processus de production efficace et à l’aide d’encres de haute qualité, Textra permet un rendu saisissant et mais également des délais de fabrication courts à des prix compétitifs.
Textra convient à une large gamme d’applications et peut être posé sur de nombreux types de textile. Il est réalisable dans toutes les formes et combinaisons de couleurs souhaitées, en standard en quadrichromie. Pour une protection accrue, Textra est également disponible avec l’option bloqueur de sublimation.
Textra (version standard)
La version standard de Textra est parfaitement adaptée à une large gamme d’application où l’apparence, l’éclat des couleurs et la fiabilité sont essentiels. Cette variante convient à une grande variété de vêtements et offre une qualité durable, même en utilisation intensive.
Textra Sport
Textra Sport est un transfert thermofixable spécialement développé pour répondre parfaitement aux exigences des vêtements de sport et autres matières textiles extensibles. Par son excellente élasticité, ce transfert, toutes couleurs, reste souple avec une adhésion parfaite, même lors d’activités et de mouvements intenses. Textra Sport allie une qualité d’impression élevée à une durabilité optimale, ce qui le rend idéal pour une utilisation active. Textra Sport est disponible dans toutes les dimensions et formes permettant ainsi une grande liberté de création et un résultat professionnel sur tous les vêtements. Textra Sport est également disponible avec l’option bloqueur de sublimation.
Textra FR (retardant feu)
Textra FR est le choix parfait pour tous les vêtements nécessitant l’application d’un transfert de haute qualité, d’une impression visuellement percutante et retardant feu. Ce transfert spécialement développé répond aux exigences strictes des vêtements de protection individuelle sans compromettre l’esthétique ni les détails. Avec Textra FR, vous avez l’assurance d’une solution de transfert durable, résistante aux conditions de travail agressives et adhérant parfaitement aux textiles techniques. L’impression offre des couleurs lumineuses et des tracés précis, alliant sécurité et professionnalisme.
Certifications et coloris
Textra et Textra Sport sont cetifiés Oekotex. Toutes les nuances de couleurs correspondent aux couleurs PMS.

Description
Textra, Textra Sport and Textra FR are heat seal transfers with a broad range of applications. The transfer consists of a carrier foil onto which an image which has been printed with an additional glue layer for the adhesion to textile. Textra and Textra Sport type transfers are compliant to Oekotex100, class I, under certificate number 1110043 Centexbel.
Application
- Textra is suited for mild industrial washing processes, for colored workwear
- Textra Sport transfers are ideal for sportswear and promotional articles such as polo-, sweat– and T-shirts, with enhanced stretching properties. Blocking agents can be added for improved resistance to dye migration from sublimated and dispersed dyed polyester textiles
- Textra FR is suitable for workwear that requires a flame-retardant, high-quality print. This type of transfer is washable up to 60 °C.

None, when care label instructions of the underlying textile are followed.
Physical properties

Before heat sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt. No seams, zippers, buttons etc. should be near the location where the heat sealing will be performed.
Remark: Good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics with a dirt or water repellent coating such as fluorocarbon finishes or flame retardant finishes.
Heat seal instructions
Make sure that the sealing plate of the machine is clean and undamaged.

Textra transfers are quick peel; remove the garment from the press before removing the transfer foil to allow the adhesive to set for a moment. Remove the foil when the transfer is still warm to the touch.
* For an optimal heat sealing result we advise to set the pressure on any large platen pneumatic heat seal press to 3-5 bar on the pressure regulator of the machine, when using the standard issued under platen. When using smaller underplates, decrease pressure to avoid damage to the transfers.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidising agents, from strongly alkaline and strongly acidic materials.
Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Shelflife: 1 year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Precautions
No specific safety measures are required when working with this product. We advise to ventilate well at heat sealing activities, since vapours may occur from any textiles being processed.
Exposure controls / personal protection
Ensure a sufficient amount of fresh air when there is a risk of release of fumes, for instance when heating the product.
