Textra Transfers
Textra full-color transfers worden geproduceerd met moderne digitale printtechnieken en leveren fijne details en diepe kleuren. Dankzij een slim productieproces en hoogwaardige inkten heeft Textra niet alleen een krachtige uitstraling maar kent ook een korte levertijd en scherpe prijs.
Textra is geschikt voor uiteenlopende toepassingen en kan worden aangebracht op diverse soorten textiel. De transfer is verkrijgbaar in elke gewenste vorm en kleurcombinatie en wordt standaard geleverd in full-color. Voor extra bescherming is Textra optioneel verkrijgbaar met een sublimatieblocker.
Textra (standaard versie)
De standaardversie van Textra is ontworpen voor algemene toepassingen waarbij uitstraling, kleurkracht en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Deze variant is geschikt voor uiteenlopende kledingstukken en biedt langdurige kwaliteit, zelfs bij intensief gebruik.
Textra Sport
Textra Sport is een speciaal ontwikkelde heatseal transfer die perfect aansluit op de eisen van sportkleding en andere stretchmaterialen. Dankzij de uitstekende rekbaarheid blijft deze full-color transfer flexibel en goed gehecht, zelfs bij intensief gebruik en beweging. Textra Sport combineert een hoge drukkwaliteit met langdurige duurzaamheid, waardoor het ideaal is voor actieve toepassingen. Bovendien is Textra Sport beschikbaar in elke gewenste maat en vorm, wat zorgt voor maximale ontwerpvrijheid en een professionele uitstraling op elk kledingstuk. Textra Sport is optioneel verkrijgbaar met sublimatieblocker.
Textra FR (vlamvertragend)
Textra FR is de betrouwbare keuze voor organisaties die werkkleding willen voorzien van een vlamvertragende, hoogwaardige en visueel sterke bedrukking. Deze speciaal ontwikkelde transfer voldoet aan de strenge eisen die gelden voor veiligheidskleding, zonder in te leveren op uitstraling of detail. Met Textra FR bent u verzekerd van een duurzame transferoplossing die bestand is tegen zware werkomstandigheden én perfect hecht op technisch textiel. De full-color opdruk levert diepe kleuren en scherpe lijnen, waardoor veiligheid en professionaliteit hand in hand gaan.
Certificering en kleuren
Textra en Textra Sport transfers zijn Oeko-Tex gecertificeerd. Alle kleurvarianten van deze transfer kunnen worden gematcht aan PMS-kleuren.

Description
Textra, Textra Sport and Textra FR are heat seal transfers with a broad range of applications. The transfer consists of a carrier foil onto which an image which has been printed with an additional glue layer for the adhesion to textile. Textra and Textra Sport type transfers are compliant to Oekotex100, class I, under certificate number 1110043 Centexbel.
Application
- Textra is suited for mild industrial washing processes, for colored workwear
- Textra Sport transfers are ideal for sportswear and promotional articles such as polo-, sweat– and T-shirts, with enhanced stretching properties. Blocking agents can be added for improved resistance to dye migration from sublimated and dispersed dyed polyester textiles
- Textra FR is suitable for workwear that requires a flame-retardant, high-quality print. This type of transfer is washable up to 60 °C.

None, when care label instructions of the underlying textile are followed.
Physical properties

Before heat sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt. No seams, zippers, buttons etc. should be near the location where the heat sealing will be performed.
Remark: Good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics with a dirt or water repellent coating such as fluorocarbon finishes or flame retardant finishes.
Heat seal instructions
Make sure that the sealing plate of the machine is clean and undamaged.

Textra transfers are quick peel; remove the garment from the press before removing the transfer foil to allow the adhesive to set for a moment. Remove the foil when the transfer is still warm to the touch.
* For an optimal heat sealing result we advise to set the pressure on any large platen pneumatic heat seal press to 3-5 bar on the pressure regulator of the machine, when using the standard issued under platen. When using smaller underplates, decrease pressure to avoid damage to the transfers.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidising agents, from strongly alkaline and strongly acidic materials.
Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Shelflife: 1 year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
Precautions
No specific safety measures are required when working with this product. We advise to ventilate well at heat sealing activities, since vapours may occur from any textiles being processed.
Exposure controls / personal protection
Ensure a sufficient amount of fresh air when there is a risk of release of fumes, for instance when heating the product.
