Transfer Truflex
Resistente, versátil y no destiñe; Estos son los principales puntos destacables del Truflex. Este transfer está disponible en tres versiones: versión estándar resistente y flexible, versión extra fuerte y versión ignífuga. Truflex se puede fabricar en cualquier color o tamaño y cuenta con un soporte que se quita en caliente y fácilmente.
Truflex (versión estándar)
Truflex es resistente para ropa corporativa (industrial), pero también suave y flexible para prendas como polos, camisetas, suéteres e incluso ropa de bebé. El transfer garantiza imágenes nítidas y es resistente a los programas de lavado más exigentes. Truflex cumple con la certificación Oeko-Tex clase 1. Después del sellado, el transfer Truflex se siente casi como parte del tejido. Es un transfer muy versátil con infinitas posibilidades. Soporta lavado industrial a 95 ℃.
Truflex Industrial
¡Cuando las cosas se ponen exigentes, nos exigimos poner en marcha! Para aquellas situaciones en las que se exige lo máximo tanto del textil como del transfer, Truflex Industrial es el epítome. Este emblema no sólo resiste los lavados industriales más intensivos sino que también ha recibido el certificado Oeko-Tex Standard 100 clase de producto II. A pesar de la alta temperatura de lavado, este transfer sigue siendo nítido y mantiene el color.
Truflex FR (Piroretardante)
Truflex FR también está disponible con un adhesivo diferente y un proceso de producción adaptado. Esta versión piroretardante (FR), desarrollada por Thermopatch, ha sido probada de forma independiente. Consulte la sección «Certificados» en esta página para obtener informes de pruebas con más de diez tipos diferentes de textiles. Además de las cualidades retardantes a la llama de la versión FR, cumple las mismas especificaciones que las del transfer Truflex estándar. La versión FR de Truflex se puede lavar hasta 60 ℃.
Los transfers Truflex pueden contener imágenes muy detalladas y pueden imprimirse en casi cualquier color PMS. Además, son posibles colores de alta visibilidad, naranja, verde, rojo, rosa y amarillo. Los transfers cuentan con un soporte que se quita en caliente y fácilmente.
Truflex, Truflex Industrial y Truflex FR tienen un pedido mínimo de 25 unidades en cualquier tamaño deseado.

Properties
Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.
Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.
Properties
Developed for severe laundry processing of heavy workwear and white workwear textiles, which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.
Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.

Truflex FR transfers have been found compliant to EN ISO 11611 and EN ISO 11612 on several FR workwear textiles as tested by Centexbel. (See: tab ‘Certificates’ on this page)
