Transferts Truflex

Résistant, souple et grand teint: sont les grands points forts du Truflex. Ce transfert est disponible en 3 versions: une version standard résistante et souple, une seconde extra robuste et une troisième 'non feu'. Le Truflex est réalisé dans une multitude de coloris et de formats, et se présente sur un support à retirer à chaud qui s’enlève facilement.

Truflex (version standard)
Le Truflex est suffisamment résistant pour les vêtements de travail (industrie), mais également souple et flexible pour des vêtements tels que polos, T-shirts, mais tout autant pour les vêtements de bébé. Le transfert présente des images nettes et résiste à la plupart des programmes de lavages demandés. Le Truflex répond aux exigences de la certification Oeko-Tex Classe 1. Après thermofixation, le Truflex fait partie intégrante du textile. Un transfert très polyvalent avec des possibilités infinies. Le lavage industriel à 95 °C est possible.

Truflex Industriel
Quand les exigences en matière de résistance au traitement industriel augmentent, il faut choisir le Truflex industriel qui est la quintessence. Il n’est pas seulement résistant aux lavages industriels les plus intensifs mais il a également reçu la certification Oeko-Tex Standard 100 classe II. Après de nombreux lavages à haute température, ce transfert reste net et très coloré.

Truflex FR (retardant flamme)
Le Truflex est également disponible avec une colle différente et un procédé de production adapté. Il s’agit de la version ignifuge, développée par Thermopatch, qui a été testée part un centre indépendant. Consultez la section ‘Certificats’ sur cette page pour les rapports de tests sur plus de 10 qualités de textile différentes. En plus de cette propriété ignifuge de la version FR, il dispose des mêmes spécificités que le Truflex standard. La version FR est résistante au lavable jusqu’à 60 °C.

Les transferts Truflex peuvent être réalisés avec un graphisme très fin et être imprimés dans la majorité des coloris PMS. Les coloris haute visibilité sont également possibles: orange, vert, rouge, rose et jaune. Les transferts sont présentés sur un support à retirer à chaud qui s’enlève facilement.

Pour les 3 versions, commande minimum de 25 pièces quel que soit le format.

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.

Properties
Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.

Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Physical properties
Various, depending on size.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.

Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.

Truflex Industrial

Truflex Industrial

Truflex Industrial transfers are compliant to Oekotex 100 Class 2, under certificate number 2311267 Centexbel. (See: tab ‘Certificates’ on this page)

Application
Silk screen printed transfers which are applied to textile or other heat sealable materials by heat and pressure for decoration or identification.

Properties
Developed for severe laundry processing of heavy workwear and white workwear textiles, which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical and drying resistance.

Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.

Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed.

Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place

Truflex FR transfers have been found compliant to EN ISO 11611 and EN ISO 11612 on several FR workwear textiles as tested by Centexbel. (See: tab ‘Certificates’ on this page)

Properties
Suitable for all textiles which allow the thermoplastic adhesive to penetrate and bind itself to it and which are resistant to its application temperatures. Good chemical resistance.

Limitations of use
None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Physical properties
Various, depending on size.

Before sealing
Ensure that the to be marked textile is free of lint, dust, dirt and no seams, zipper, buttons etc. are near the place where the heat sealing will be performed. Please note: good bonding can be prevented in pre-conditioned fabrics with a dirt or water repellant coatings.

Handling and storage
Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline en strongly acid materials. Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place
Shelf life: One year when stored in their original packing, out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
