Sterk, veelzijdig en kleurecht; het zijn de belangrijkste selling points van Truflex. Dit transfer is in drie versies leverbaar: als sterke en soepele versie, als extra robuuste versie en een vlam vertragende variant. Truflex is verkrijgbaar in elke kleur of grootte en voorzien van een hotpeel, dat na het sealen gemakkelijk kan worden verwijderd.
Truflex (standaard versie)
Truflex is sterk genoeg voor (industriële) bedrijfskleding maar tegelijk zacht en soepel voor confectie zoals polo’s, T-shirts, sweaters en zelfs babykleding. Het transfer staat garant voor scherpe afbeeldingen en is bestand tegen de meest veeleisende wasprogramma’s, Truflex voldoet aan de Oeko-Tex klasse-1 certificering. Textiel voorzien van Truflex lijkt bijna één geheel, zo fraai is het resultaat na het sealen. Een zeer veelzijdig transfer met eindeloze mogelijkheden. Industrieel wassen op 95 ℃ is mogelijk.
Truflex Industrial
When the going gets tough, the tough get going! Voor die situaties waarin het uiterste gevraagd wordt van zowel textiel als transfer, is Truflex Industrial de overtreffende trap. Dit embleem is niet alleen bestand tegen de meest intensieve industriële wassingen, het heeft zelfs het Oeko-Tex certificaat Standaard 100 productklasse II gekregen. Ondanks de hoge wastemperatuur blijft deze transfer helder en kleurrijk.
Truflex FR (vlam vertragend)
Met een andere lijmsamenstelling en aangepast productieproces is ook Truflex FR beschikbaar. Deze vlam vertragende variant (FR) van Thermopatch is door een extern bureau uitgebreid getest: zie de tab ‘Certificaten’ op deze pagina voor rapporten met tests op meer dan tien verschillende soorten textiel. De FR-versie van Truflex kan worden gewassen tot 60 ℃.
Truflex transfers kunnen zeer gedetailleerde afbeeldingen weergeven en zijn in bijna alle PMS-kleuren verkrijgbaar. Ook in de high visibility kleuren oranje, groen, rood, roze en geel. De transfers zijn voorzien van een hotpeel, dat na het sealen gemakkelijk kan worden verwijderd.
Truflex, Truflex Industrial en Truflex FR zijn al verkrijgbaar vanaf 25 stuks in elk gewenst formaat.

Limitations of use
This products warrants high temperature heat sealing for an optimal performance in laundry processing. Please make sure the textile can withstand the required heat sealing temperatures.
