This is our premium dot matrix label tape, specially manufactured for printing bar code labels. It is custom woven using a tightly woven pattern of fine thread. This construction in addition to our special finish produces a soft hand yet it’s durability assures readability wash after wash.

Perforated Label Tape for Smooth Performance and Long Lasting Results
TJ and TK labels are manufactured to be printed with dot matrix printers. The Epson LQ-570 is widely used and when purchased through Thermopatch is supplied with an extra tractor feed to help stabilize the labels while printing and a roll holder that attaches to the back of the printer.
TJ Label Tape
Though initially designed for bar code printing, many customers prefer this product for basic label printing for use on all fabrics except for cleanroom/barrier fabrics. The tight material weave of the TJ label and the ink retention finish applied to that material makes the performance through multiple wash cycles second to none.
TK Label Tape
A unique combination of material and adhesive makes this product suitable for use on cleanroon and barrier fabrics. Extra care must be taken in application and monitoring of label adhesion. If loose labels are discovered, they can, as with all labels, usually be resealed. Your Thermopatch representative can assist you in determining optimum sealing conditions.
