CUSTOM LAMINATING

Custom lamination is the process of Thermopatch laminating your material with a heat-seal adhesive and then either die cutting it into patches or slitting it into mending rolls for you.

In order for us to laminate a new material, we will require a sample of the material approximately 1 square yard in size for testing to see which adhesive gives the best adhesion, once this is established we can then quote a price based on the amount of yards that is sent to us.

Our standard custom lamination minimum is 10 linear yards, however, we can quote yardage smaller than this.
