Hot Paper transfers (HPT) inks are designed to flow directly into the fabric, creating an extremely durable mark with high elasticity. Transfers are supplied on a roll or they can be cut and stacked. Minimums start at 500 transfers and lead time is 2-4 weeks from artwork proof approval. A one-time engraving charge will apply.

Thermopatch can supply these in any size up to 280 sq. in. in single or multi-color. Even the colors in your letterhead, logo or Pantone colors can be reliably matched. For a more accurate indication of your requirements, send Thermopatch a rough sketch or picture. Indicate the approximate size of the transfer, color(s) and quantity. You’ll receive a prompt quotation on your requirements.

The complete package
For high production needs, we manufacture and sell the DP2000T automatic transfer feed system. Simply load the HPT roll transfers onto the DP2000T, line up a sensor and you’re ready to mark at a very fast rate!

The DP2000T also has a laser pointer to help ensure correct placement each time.
