Initex is a printable film that when heat-sealed, bonds directly into the surface of the material.
Initex is a thin, permanent, printable white film that can be used in a number of ways. Use it as a standard name identification label, to adhere size codes in the tongue of shoes, a warning label in protective garments or for care instructions.
Once it is heat-sealed to the material, it bonds directly into the material to give a “flush” to the surface feel and remain readable.
It is recommended to print Initex with a thermal printer that has a cutter like the HiQ SQUIX or HiQ EOS printers. You can use scissors, but cutting a straight line can be difficult.
Initex is available in continuous rolls in widths of 1-1/2”, 2”, 3”, 3-1/4” and 4”. A package consists of two 50 yard rolls of media and 110 yards of thermal ink.
