Care Label 1 – Nylon-tafta
Mocne i giętkie wszywki, które można zadrukować z obydwu stron. Używając naszej nowoczesnej drukarki HiQ-MACH4.3 w prosty a przede wszystkim wyraźny (300 dpi) sposób wydrukujesz na nich instrukcje prania oraz inne informacje.

Care label 3 – Bardzo mocna tafta
To mocniejsza wersja care label, która dedykowana jest na odzież roboczą i inne tekstylia, które poddawane są praniu przemysłowemu. Mamy tu na myśli kombinezony, zasłony a nawet koce dla koni. Ten rodzaj wszywek to również rozwiązanie dla prania chemicznego. Nawet po wielokrotnym praniu, nadruk na care label 3 zachowuje swoją wysoką jakość. Ten rodzaj wszywki może być zadrukowany tylko z jednej strony przy pomocy drukarek Thermopatch z serii HiQ oraz przy wykorzystaniu taśmy barwiącej G7.

Wszystkie wszyswki dostępne są w kolorze białym, w rolkach o szerokości: 30,40 lub 50 mm i długości 100 m (gilza 50 mm). Inne szerokości i/lub kolory dostępne są w zależności od nakładu na zamówienie.

CL-01 FR: optical white polyamide taffeta, non-fray. Both sides coated. Suitable for hotfoil, flexo and thermal transfer printing on both sides, tear resistant and with additional flame retardant properties
CL-03: extra durable polyester cotton with a thermal transfer printable topcoat from polyurethane, non-fray, tear resistant

Application

Sewable labels, safety belt labels, identification labels with barcodes.
Print with suitable inks to obtain an acceptable washability.

Limitations of use

None, when washing instructions of the underlying textile are followed.

Storage and shelf life

The shelf life of this product is advised to be best before 12 months in original packing, in optimal storage.
Store at 18 – 23 °C, 50-55% RH, avoid UV exposure, store away from direct sunlight.
