Digiline is available in four versions:
Digiline Low, Digiline Industrial, Digiline FR and Digiline Pro.

Digiline Low

This is the perfect solution for delicate garments. Digiline Low is an innovative product that can be applied with a hand iron or heat seal machine, offering versatility and convenience.

Hand iron and heat seal
Hand iron application:
Turn off the steam and set your iron to the wool (medium) setting.
Position the Digiline Low design on the desired spot of the fabric.
Place the supplied protective paper between the Digiline Low design and the iron.
Press the iron down firmly on a hard surface for 60 seconds.

Heat seal machine application:
– 270 °F: apply for 14 to 20 seconds.
– 300 °F: apply for 10 to 12 seconds.

Versatile and safe
Digiline Low’s lower heat application makes it ideal for a wide range of delicate materials, preventing damage and heat imprints. The flexibility of hand ironing opens endless possibilities for customization.

Unlimited customization options
Thanks to advanced printing techniques, Digiline Low can be produced in virtually any color, shape, and size. From standard sizes up to 80 sq inches to custom shapes, the possibilities are nearly limitless. You can even include photographic images in your designs.
Orders up to 2,500 pieces ship within 5 working days of art approval. Larger orders may have partial shipments within the same period, with completion dates communicated at the time of partial shipment.

Digiline Industrial

Digiline Industrial can be applied to materials where strength and durability are needed. The emblem is resistant to industrial washing at 205 °F. Despite this high washing temperature, the fresh, bright, and vibrant colors are guaranteed for a long time. Digiline can be produced with a woven effect, which enhances the overall look.
Digiline Industrial is applied to a fabric at a temperature of 400 °F. The production process and the Digiline Industrial are Oeko-Tex certified.

Digiline FR

Digiline FR has been specifically developed for the fire wear industry or any market that requires flame retardant qualities in their emblems. This heat-resistant emblem has flame-retardant properties and meets the EN 469 FR standard.

Digiline Pro

With Digiline Pro, you can internally produce your textile emblems, ensuring your ability to respond flexibly to market demand. Textile manufacturers and corporate clothing producers rely on a vast stock of textile emblems. With Digiline Pro, they benefit from short delivery times, low transportation costs, and minimal investments. Digiline Pro provides a solution on all fronts: you have access to an advanced UV inkjet printer with a cutting plotter that is easy to operate. When combined with specially designed textile rolls with thermoplastic adhesive by Thermopatch, you can effortlessly create emblems in any shape and color, in the highest quality. Digiline Pro maximizes your business’s flexibility.

Digiline Pro is lighter and more flexible compared to Digiline Industrial. These emblems are suitable for promotional purposes and sportswear. A club name, logo or sponsor is presented in the best possible way with the Pro version. In addition to the full color images, Digiline Pro effects such as 3D, emboss, gloss, and even a leather look are possible.
Digiline Pro is applied to fabrics at a temperature of 295 °F and can be washed up to 105 °F. It is possible to apply this emblem with a Thermopatch heat sealing machine. The production process and the Digiline Pro emblems are Oeko-Tex certified.

Quantities and orders
The minimum order quantity for all Digiline products is 15 pieces per design.
Digiline emblems are digitally printed. Any desired color can be ordered using the Pantone Matching System. An additional advantage of Digiline is the relatively short delivery period of 7 days following approval of the artwork.

Order specifications
Standard Sizes: Up to 80 sq inches, minimum order of 15 pieces per design.
Custom Sizes: Larger sizes are quoted separately.
